On April 25, 2023, the preparatory meeting of the Tianjin Automobile Service Industry Association was held at JETONDA Automobile Group Co., Ltd. The meeting included Zhu Wenlong, Executive Vice General Manager of JETONDA Automobile Group, Zhou Zuochao, General Manager of Rentong International Leasing, Zang Peiyu, General Manager of Tianjin Juchuan Travel, Zou Tianmin, General Manager of Tianjin Taihao Automobile Leasing, Zhang Honghong, General Manager of Tianjin Dividend Automobile Leasing, and Wang Xiansheng, General Manager of Tianjin Yingshitong Automobile Service Co., Ltd Zhang Baodong, General Manager of Tianjin Junfeng Automobile Rental, An Huanbing, General Manager of Tianjin Hengxin Automobile Rental, Li Xinchao, General Manager of Tianjin Shengwei Automobile Rental, Xue Hongli, General Manager of Tianjin Luda Automobile Service, Zhou Xin, General Manager of Tianjin Ruichida Automobile Technology, Bu Wenwen, General Manager of Tianjin Rongsheng Rental, Li Lu, Sales Director of Tianjin Huatai Tong Automobile Sales Co., Ltd., and President of Hohhot Chamber of Commerce in Inner Mongolia, Tianjin Gao Wei, a member of the Political Consultative Conference of Beichen District, Tianjin, and Zhang Tingting, the Secretary General of the Tianjin Parallel Import Automobile Circulation Association and the Tianjin Used Car Export Association, attended the preparatory meeting.

The Tianjin Automobile Service Industry Association is a municipal social organization established with the support of the New Economic Promotion Bureau of Tianjin Dongjiang Comprehensive Bonded Zone and approved by the Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Commerce. It is a non-profit social organization voluntarily formed by Tianjin automobile sales, automobile leasing, automobile finance, second-hand cars, and other enterprises. The Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Commerce, as the competent business unit, and the Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau carry out dual management in accordance with relevant regulations. Its party organization is guided, supervised, and managed by the Tianjin Municipal Social Organization Committee of the Communist Party of China. This preparatory meeting clarified the association’s articles of association and organizational structure. The first council had 11 members and 65 members (32 car dealers and 33 car rental companies). According to the requirements for social organization registration, based on the size of the association’s leadership team, the current size of directors and members will be formed, and will be adjusted in the future with the development of the association. The first council of the association has 11 members, including 1 president, 1 secretary general, 8 vice presidents, and 1 supervisor. Zhu Wenlong was appointed as the president of the association, Zhou Zuochao was appointed as the secretary general of the association, Zang Peiyu, Zou Tianmin, Zhang Honghong, Zhang Baodong, An Huanbing, Xue Hongli, Li Xinchao, and Zhou Xin were appointed as the vice presidents of the association, and Wang Xiansheng was appointed as the supervisor of the association.

We also invited Gao Wei, Chairman of the Hohhot Chamber of Commerce in Inner Mongolia, Tianjin, and a member of the Political Consultative Conference of Beichen District, Tianjin, to share the merchant’s operational experience, as well as Zhang Tingting, Secretary General of the Tianjin Parallel Import Automobile Circulation Association and Tianjin Used Car Export Association, to share the association’s operational experience. During the meeting, discussions were held on issues related to vehicle sources, finance, insurance, second-hand cars, and the future development of associations in the automotive service industry.

Cooperation leads to development, and unity leads to win-win results. The Tianjin Automobile Service Industry Association, together with its member units, will actively face changes in the business environment, jointly explore business innovation, and provide customers with more efficient and convenient automobile services. At the same time, based on the long-term development of the automotive service industry, strengthen industry communication, deepen industry cooperation, and jointly promote the development of the automotive service industry.
