In order to enhance the physical fitness of employees, enrich their cultural and entertainment lives, cultivate their teamwork spirit, enhance their cohesion, showcase their youthful vitality, and promote communication and friendship among employees, the JETONDA Group Trade Union organized and hosted the third “JETONDA Cup” Workers’ Badminton Team Competition from June 20th to 21st at the Meijiang Yongwang Stadium of Tianjin Yuyou Sports. This team competition consists of four events: men’s singles, women’s singles, men’s doubles, and mixed doubles. The participating teams come from the headquarters of Jetstar Group, its subsidiaries, and their affiliated teams. With the strong support and organization of various trade union groups, a total of 16 teams participate in the competition.

The first stage of the competition (June 20th) will be divided into four groups by drawing lots, and a group round robin will be held. The top two teams in each group will be selected based on their points to enter the quarter finals. In the second stage of the competition (June 21), a knockout system will be adopted, and the top 8 teams will be divided into cross groups for knockout matches until the champion, runner up, and third place are determined (tied for 3-4 places).

In this team competition, the participating team members carried forward the spirit of “friendship first, competition second”, and achieved friendship and level. The referees conscientiously performed their duties and impartially executed their judgments, ensuring the fairness and impartiality of the competition. The hardworking and enthusiastic service of the competition staff ensured the smooth progress of the competition. The cheerleading team cheered and cheered for the athletes’ wonderful performance, and from time to time, bursts of cheers came, filling the entire field with a warm and excited sports atmosphere.

After two days of intense competition, the Tianjin Huixintong New Energy Vehicle Team won the team championship in this badminton team competition. The headquarters of JETONDA Group won the team runner up, and Tianjin JETONDA Company and the Group’s second-hand car company tied for the team third place. They carried forward their spirit of hard work and demonstrated high-level football skills in the competition. In addition, 12 representative teams received the Active Participation Award, demonstrating outstanding performance in the competition and demonstrating the positive and tenacious spirit of employees.

Through this competition, our employees have established the concept of a happy and healthy life, inspiring us to work hard to create a better automotive life.

The third “JETONDA Cup” Employee Badminton Team Tournament was a complete success with the strong support and active participation of JETONDA Group leaders and various labor union groups.
