Jetonda International Business Unit adheres to “six efforts”, with exports increasing by 88% year-on-year from January to April!
On April 28, 2024, with 150 second-hand cars being shipped from Jetta Group headquarters to the port, it marked that Jetta International Business Unit’s cumulative export volume reached 800 units this year, an increase of 88% compared to the same period in 2023, laying a solid foundation for achieving this year’s export target.

Since entering 2024, China’s second-hand car exports have faced significant challenges. The Red Sea crisis has led to transportation disruptions, further intensified competition, and a continuous increase in shipping costs, among other comprehensive pressures. The export business has continued to be under pressure. Jetonda International Business Unit resolutely implements the overall requirements of the group’s “unity of desire, progress and stability”, faces difficulties, increases market development efforts, completes visits to key overseas markets, and signs long-term cooperation agreements with key partners. At the same time, organize the source of goods, accelerate vehicle shipments, and minimize the risks brought by rising sea freight costs.
The number of motor vehicles in China exceeds 400 million, and the second-hand car market has enormous potential. Since China began the pilot work of second-hand car exports in 2019, the export of second-hand cars has shown a rapid development trend and has achieved significant results. The second-hand car export industry in China is currently at a new historical juncture, which is also a period full of hope and challenges.
Jetonda International Business Unit will continue to carry out the “Six Efforts” activity, continue to work hard, make new achievements, increase overseas market development efforts, improve cost reduction and efficiency development capabilities, and make unremitting efforts to exceed the annual export target.
