Recently, a delegation from the International Department visited COSCO Shipping Ports (Xiamen) Supply Chain Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as COSCO Shipping Ports) for in-depth discussions on overseas warehousing business cooperation.

Leveraging their respective business strengths, the two parties reached a consensus on cooperation in overseas warehousing business in regions such as Southeast Asia and the Middle East, and signed a strategic cooperation agreement on overseas warehousing. The signing ceremony was attended by Li Wei, Chairman of COSCO Shipping Ports, Lai Jinqian, General Manager of the Port Logistics Department, and others.

Established on June 23, 2008, COSCO Shipping Ports has a registered capital of 450 million RMB. On February 28, 2023, the company officially became a subsidiary of COSCO SHIPPING Ports Limited. The company currently owns 361,500 square meters of operating assets, including port logistics land, warehouses, factory buildings, and commercial office buildings. Its main businesses include international integrated logistics, China-Europe freight trains, port logistics, container yards, and cold chain logistics. The company will leverage the advantages of COSCO SHIPPING Ports’ domestic and international terminals and their hinterland resources, integrate into COSCO SHIPPING Ports’ global business network, develop port logistics extension services, and establish supply chain bases both domestically and internationally to provide customers with efficient, safe, and convenient supply chain services, achieving mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.

Jietongda Automotive Group is a well-known domestic automotive dealer group, ranking 39th among China’s top 100 automotive dealer groups in the automotive circulation industry. Its main businesses include automobile sales, after-sales services, auto parts, used cars, automobile imports and exports, car rentals, and automotive derivative services. Headquartered in Xiqing District, Tianjin, the group has achieved leapfrog development since establishing its first 4S store in 2001. In 2024, the group sold 70,683 new vehicles and 17,836 used cars, generating over 14 billion RMB in revenue.
