In the first stage of the tournament (6 ⽉ 22 ⽇, 23 ⽇), lots will be drawn to divide into 4 groups, and each group will enter a round robin. The top 2 of each group will be selected based on the number of points to advance to the round robin.
In the first stage of the tournament (6th stage, 25th stage), a knockout system is adopted, and the top 8 teams are divided into two groups by drawing lots to enter the knockout stage. The champion, runner up, and third place are directly determined (tied for 3-4 places, without any extra matches).
Before the opening ceremony, 15 participating teams entered the drawing ceremony.
