In order to enhance the physical fitness of employees, enrich their cultural and entertainment lives, cultivate their teamwork spirit, enhance their cohesion, showcase their youthful vitality, and promote communication and friendship among employees, the JETONDA Group Trade Union organized and hosted the third “JETONDA Cup” Workers’ Badminton Team Competition from June 20th to 21st at the Meijiang Yongwang Stadium of Tianjin Yuyou Sports. This team competition consists of four events: men’s singles, women’s singles, men’s doubles, and mixed doubles. The participating teams come from the headquarters of Jetstar Group, its subsidiaries, and their affiliated teams. With the strong support and organization of various trade union groups, a total of 16 teams participate in the competition.

The first stage of the competition (June 20th) will be divided into four groups by drawing lots, and a group round robin will be held. The top two teams in each group will be selected based on their points to enter the quarter finals. In the second stage of the competition (June 21), a knockout system will be adopted, and the top 8 teams will be divided into cross groups for knockout matches until the champion, runner up, and third place are determined (tied for 3-4 places).

In this team competition, the participating team members carried forward the spirit of “friendship first, competition second”, and achieved friendship and level. The referees conscientiously performed their duties and impartially executed their judgments, ensuring the fairness and impartiality of the competition. The hardworking and enthusiastic service of the competition staff ensured the smooth progress of the competition. The cheerleading team cheered and cheered for the athletes’ wonderful performance, and from time to time, bursts of cheers came, filling the entire field with a warm and excited sports atmosphere.

After two days of intense competition, the Tianjin Huixintong New Energy Vehicle Team won the team championship in this badminton team competition. The headquarters of JETONDA Group won the team runner up, and Tianjin JETONDA Company and the Group’s second-hand car company tied for the team third place. They carried forward their spirit of hard work and demonstrated high-level football skills in the competition. On June 10-16, 2023, Kang Peng, Chairman of JETONDA Automobile Group Co., Ltd., Ma Yongquan, General Manager of International Business Unit, and Liu Lei, Deputy General Manager, successfully completed market inspections in Cambodia and Laos, and signed framework cooperation agreements with key partners, marking the comprehensive launch of the group’s Southeast Asian market strategy.

The Southeast Asian automobile market is a key market for China’s automobile exports, and with the continuous acceleration of second-hand car export business, it has also become a key area for China’s second-hand car exports. As an early group enterprise in China that launched its internationalization strategy, JETONDA Automobile Group, combined with its own 4S store layout in Yunnan, is using Yunnan as a springboard to radiate to Southeast Asia. Through this visit, the group’s internationalization strategy has been further implemented. During the inspection period, Chairman Kang Peng conducted research on local automobile dealer companies to understand their business models, operations, main sales models, and local consumers’ understanding of Chinese electric vehicles. The Tianjin Automobile Service Industry Association is a municipal social organization established with the support of the New Economic Promotion Bureau of Tianjin Dongjiang Comprehensive Bonded Zone and approved by the Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Commerce. It is a non-profit social organization voluntarily formed by Tianjin automobile sales, automobile leasing, automobile finance, second-hand cars, and other enterprises. The Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Commerce, as the competent business unit, and the Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau carry out dual management in accordance with relevant regulations. Its party organization is guided, supervised, and managed by the Tianjin Municipal Social Organization Committee of the Communist Party of China. On March 15th, JETONDA Automobile Group Co., Ltd. held a general meeting of all party members. The successful convening of this meeting marked the official establishment of the JETONDA Group Party Committee, and Comrade Kang Peng was elected as the Secretary of the JETONDA Group Party Committee.
